They say home is where the heart is....they are wrong. home is where God is...... God is at the People's Refuge every day. He's with you in the passenger seat when your driving. He's right by your side when your knocking on hell's door. He's always with you. The People's Refuge along with Pastor Travis have taught me so much about our Lord. I can truly never fully explain what I felt when I entered those doors. How weird it was that everyone wanted to say hi to me...and hug me and tell me they loved me....wow.... the presence of God in those rooms is truly astounding it must be experienced. Not only have i been baptized, my relationship with the lord grows daily. Pastor Travis is truly gifted at guiding you with your walk with Christ. the people at the people's refuge are truly all a blessing from god. my church family relationships are to be cherished as well. ~Kimmie
